Whether you are knowledgeable about herbs, or are a novice and not quite sure where to begin, you will find a wealth of information compiled in this book. The historical background, growing requirements, medicinal, aromatic and culinary uses of each herb are provided. This book is one that I keep close at hand, especially for the extensive recipe collection, and is a valuable addition to my library.
