Barbara Kasser is a network administrator and trainer for W. R. Grace & Co., located in Boca Raton, Florida. She is the author of Netscape Communicator: Browsing and Beyond (IDG Books), User-Friendly Using PowerPoint 97 (Que), and the 10 Minute Guide to Corel WordPerfect 7 (Que). She is also the co-author of Internet Explorer 4 On Demand (IDG Books). Barbara also writes training manuals for Computer Coach, a private computer training facility, on the most popular desktop applications, including Office 97, Outlook, WordPerfect, Windows 9x, and Windows NT.
