About the Author
Best-selling author Daniel F. Hinkel, JD, is Vice President and legal counsel for ING Investment Management, LLC. Mr. Hinkel was a real estate instructor for more than twenty years with the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia.
