About the Author
Daniel Hinkel is Vice President and legal counsel, ING Investment Management LLC and has been a real estate instructor for more than twenty years with the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, Georgia. He is a former member of the Task Force for Paralegal Regulation for the State Bar of Georgia and former chief of the ABA Standing Committee on Legal Assistants and the Approval Commission for Paralegal Legal Studies Programs. Daniel Hinkel received his Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from the University of Illinois.

I used this textbook for my paralegal real estate law course at Blackstone Career Institute, a distance learning school. It's easy to understand and full of sample real estate forms, exhibits and illustrations that's appropriate to the topic being discussed. I learned a lot from this "practical" college-textbook. The author is a well-known attorney who is a real estate expert, among others.
