I used this textbook for my paralegal real estate law course at Blackstone Career Institute, a distance learning school. It's easy to understand and full of sample real estate forms, exhibits and illustrations that's appropriate to the topic being discussed. I learned a lot from this "practical" college-textbook. The author is a well-known attorney who is a real estate expert, among others.

The book does an excellent job of providing definitions and cases. It provides samples of documents used in real estate as well as assignments to prepare them. It's easy to follow and understand.

needed this for a college class- it was exactly what I needed and much less that it would have been at the college bookstore-was listed as used but sure couldnt tell!
