This book was phenominal. It guided me through the real estate process with guides and examples along the throughout the entire book. I was pleased with the outcome of this book and what I got out of it. I made to sure to copy all of the examples of real estate forms contained in the book so that they will act as a guide for me once I start my paralegal work.

I am confident in my knowledge of real estate law after reading this book. The book offers case scenarios to do at the end of each chapter. It provides a summary of the chapter. The chapters do appear to be long, but that is only because each chapter is packed with tons of examples. It was intimidating for me when the chapters were 40 pages long, but I soon realized why.

You will learn alot from this book. I know I did.

I received the book on time and in BETTER condition than was listed... like new!

Now if only the book wasn't so badly written! LOL

Do not buy this book used without the computer codes if you are going to be using an online supplement - it either will not have codes or they will be expired and you will have to pay extra to buy them from the publisher.

That was a very good deal. The book was real clean and look like new. I am happy that I purchased it second hand and save. Great book to have.

I saved nearly $80 by using this older edition of the textbook for my Real Estate Law class. The book arrived promptly. Differences between the 2nd and 4th edition were negligible. Thanks for helping students save money!

Another excelent hard bound text from Thompson/Delmar Learning publishing house. This textbook will teach you the fundamentals of real estate law giving you example after example on situations with can and probably will occur.
