This is a great resource for anyone doing In Situ Hybrydization, whether you are new to the technique or or not. It covers everything from fixation to detection and analysis. The guide is set up so that you can mix and match between probe types, labeling technique, target nucleiotide type, etc. and still have a firm protocol to follow.
