Sensei Ed Melaugh shows how to add in strikes and kicks to help distract the attacker that will help you get to all types of locks, finger locks, armbars, wrist locks. He helps you close the gap between you and the attacker. he put the attacker on the defense so you can so you can stop him in his tracks. It is an amazing instructional dvd.
