Practical Thermocouple Thermometry is quite a handy book to get good clear information on the making and the application of thermocouples. The book is a bit short (~60 pages) for the price. Could use more detail on how to secure the thermocouples to the item under test, finer resolution on the voltage tables, web references, and recommendation for supplier of thermocouples and thermal epoxy etc.
