I used this as a supplimentary source for a TOEFL preparation class that I taught. It provides exercises that are pretty close to what the TOEFL asked my students (or so they told me). The CDs that come with it are better than some others because you don't have to pause and time yourself. It gives you the amount of time that you would really be getting on the real TOEFL exam, so even while you are just practicing in the beginning, you can train yourself to work up to that very short amount of time.
What it doesn't do a great job at is provide tips and tricks to help you study for it. They may have a separate book for that, but if you need additional information about what they are looking for, you should get an additional book. However, there are LOTS of practice exercises that are based on what they will ask you on the TOEFL exam. Good luck studying, folks.

Very interesting book for preparing the famous TOEFL. It is so clear in its explanations, with a lot of so good exercises and the CD is so useful in helping for listening skill.
