Helpful for those learning English as a Second Language,

I am using this book while tutoring adults who are learning English as a second language. Guessing, fill in the blank, multiple choice, writing and question & answer activities help the students become more familiar with the common idioms presented. These idioms are essential to understanding English and the students have a fun time trying to figure out what all the phrases mean. This happens to be one of their favorite books to work on since they know it is important for everyday living. This is an excellent resource!

Wonderful for teaching ESL. Common idioms presented very well. I teach several ESL levels together and they all liked the exercises in this book.
