Practice workbook is a success!,

I used this workbook in conjunction to the Latin Via Ovid textbook and found both to be a successful combination. The workbook reinforces the lessons in the textbook and makes it so that a student can practice and apply what he or she has learned. I would recommend this product to anyone and found it VERY useful for my own needs.

This review is from: Practice Practice: A Latin Via Ovid Workbook (Paperback)
I am a first year Latin teacher who does not yet have a vast array of resources from which to prepare lessons. I love the way the textbook Latin Via Ovid presents grammar thoroughly and quickly to the student, but this also is one of the drawbacks. With so much grammar packed into each chapter, I wanted more practice than the exercises already included in the textbook. Based on other reviews and careful perusal of other books, I chose to purchase this accompaniment to the textbook. It has proved to be a very helpful addition to my lessons. It gives my students a chance to practice the grammar concepts in each chapter very thoroughly before moving on.

My Latin teacher wrote this book (Michael C. Rossi)! It's a good supplement to the Latin Via Ovid textbook. It also stands good by itself. Buy this book if you want more practice with Latin grammar or your Latin needs brushing up.
