5.0 out of 5 stars Uncannily similar to the real test, December 18, 2004
This review is from: 5 Practice Tests for the SAT II Math IIC (SparkNotes Test Prep) (Paperback)
I used this book - and found thatt he test questions were uncannil similar to those on the real test - in difficulty and in type. Many of the other prep books have plenty of items that do not appear on the test - but this book only has those items ont he test.

I received ranges of 760-800 on these prep books (straight 800s for the last three tests) and ultimately received an 800 on the actual test. Thanks Sparknotes for presenting a prep book with the right difficulty level!

5.0 out of 5 stars Very close to the real tests, June 4, 2005
This review is from: 5 Practice Tests for the SAT II Math IIC (SparkNotes Test Prep) (Paperback)
I tutor SATs and have been taking SAT II Math every June for the past few years.
This year I expected Math tests to be slightly harder because Algebra II questions were introduced to the SAT Reasoning Test (what used to be called SAT I), and math sections there did become a little more difficult.
Well, I just took Math Level 1 and Level 2 today and am happy to inform anxious future SAT Subject Math tests takers that Spark Notes Practice Tests still reflect real ones quite well, with the exception of a couple of questions.
Good explanations, but beware of a few typos and errors. Find Math IC by searching for 1586638688.
If you are going for 800, work with the Barron's and Meylani books for a couple of months, but bear in mind that their versions of tests are not really "realistic". Good luck!
