This book is a great book if you are looking for a practice on how to restore your digestive system. In it is compiled a great set of asana'a (yogic postures) to help combat constipation, and the many other ailments that affect peoples digestive system. It also has a nice sized text on what happens, scientifically, medically and spiritually to ones system on a daily basis, in times of crisis, with the foods we consume, etc. An accredited doctor, Swami Shankardevananda, writes thoroughly on what is needed to know to fight these problems and how we can overcome them.

This is the best book I have read that relates the digestive system to yoga. I use this book for teacher trainings for yoga in the United States and Mexico. The book is easy to read and understand.
