I dare say this has everything you'd need out of a yoga bolster. It's strong and supportive, the perfect size, a reasonable price, and is made of a highly durable material.

I mostly use this bolster as support when I do straight legged stretches on the floor. I place the bolster lengthwise on my straight leg or legs and after a flat backed stretch over my leg, I allow my upper body to rest on the bolster, nicely supported and without strain. I use it as a bolster under my hips for staff pose since my hamstrings are tight and it allows me to bend deeper and differently than without. I also lie on my belly with the bolster under my hips and use it as an assist for bow pose and that works great and feels wonderful.

I am a yoga therapist and am always trying out different
bolsters of different styles and sizes to provide support and
facilitate relaxation in various poses.
I haven't found anyone yet who found this bolster comfortable.
It's very hard and the shape doesn't conform to the natural
curves of our bodies. And, as a bolster to elevate parts of the body,
it's too narrow.
