Maybe too hardcore for you kid!, December 30, 2009

Ok so this didn't get 5 stars because I like my reviews to be believable. This is not the best thing since sliced bread. However, Hoods smash out some of the most brutal, heavy non generic hardcore. Sure its got your tough guy smell to it, thats part of the deal kid. The style these guys play deserves respect, coz it will never make any money.

Brutal but great, August 30, 2004

The sacto Hoods, already well known due to Mikey Hoods' work in the punk and hardcore scene, have released another great but heavily brutal album. While many will find its lyrics too "tough guy", those who listen to a lot of newer metalcore will find this album great. While posicore is definatly not this album, those who continue to go to shows should check this out.
