I love it...it is WITTY, it is HONEST and is a non-self hurting way to look at how being hurt makes us feel when someone suggests "Just get over it already!" Really?!? Because it just isn't that easy. We fall down and guess what often there is a scrape or a bruise or a cut and TIME heals it, not someone else's timetable.
Also the song isn't about truly hurting someone else, if you have seen the VIDEO [...] then you know the girl at the end not only is not hurt, but she looks HOTTER than ever! The actual pain he wants her to feel is on the inside, it's just what my English teacher called "cathartic". You get over something, by a series of emotions. I LOVE THE HONESTY...country music, all music needs more of this! This song IS the best breakup song I have ever heard lyrically, musically and vocally and I hope that the CMA's, Grammy's and other award shows recognize this guy as New Artist of 2010. Thanks!
