Preparation For Death,

Although St. Liguori is exceptional at referencing the bible for his views, the writing style of this exceptional man is very dry. The first four chapters have so much repetitiveness, you get the feeling that the author's views are being "drilled into the heads" of the reader. And although the rest of the book has new thoughts introduced throughout, the same writing style prevails. This is the most difficult part to overcome in what overall is a fine reference piece for any Roman Catholic or Christian library.
