The author knows her material and everything here is so empathetic to struggle. Yes, it may seem for a gay Christian audience, but it would be good to see heterosexual Christians read this book to become more understanding of what it means to be both gay and Christian. Too many Christians judge instead of trying to walk a mile in someone else's shoes. Debra makes us do just that, and I am grateful for her book. And for any bible thumper types, I am a heterosexual who believes that homosexuality is NOT a sin. God bless my gay brothers and sisters in Christ.

Debra Pasquella's writing style has an easy flow about it and this book delivers new covenant scripture and how it relates to real life experiances today with lots of clarity. I particularly like the inclusive tone of the book, its quite refreshing. This book will be instrumental in changing perspectives in personal relationships, especially the one between you and God. It's a compelling read!

I've only read excerpts of Ms. Pasquella's book, but I find her writing and views fascinating. This is not just a book for the gay community, all of us would benefit from reading it. I plan on reading the entire book and hope others will do the same. Her writing style is effortless and not at all pedantic, allowing her to make her points very clearly without sounding preachy. If the excerpts I read are an indication of the entire book, I expect it to be an easy, yet enlightening read.
