About the Author

ED SILVOSO, founder and president of Harvest Evangelism, is widely recognized as a missions strategist and solid Bible teacher who specializes in evangelism, city reaching, marketplace transformation and gender reconciliation. He is the author of best-selling books That None Should Perish and Anointed for Business. Initially trained in business, his background includes banking, hospital administration and financial services. Silvoso and his wife, Ruth, reside in San Jose, California.

A must read for every Christian and the most useful and complete book on evangelism for the whole body of Christ ever written.

If your heart beats with love for the lost, but you've grown discouraged by the increasing lawlessness in our cities, this is the book for you. This is a follow-up to Silvoso's other book, That None Should Perish. The two books are a double-barrel shotgun aimed at the enemy, and I recommend you buy both. As you read, you'll see the manner in which the early apostles reached every person in Asia with the Gospel. It's not only possible, but it's happening in various cities around the world. Your faith will rise and your heart will fill with a new understanding of God's grace and love for the lost. My life has not been the same since I read about prayer evangelism. Already I have begun to see fruit in my life by applying the concepts Silvoso has clearly (and simply) laid out.

I have been involved with evangelism in my church for many years but this book opened my mind to how to offensively win the world to Christ. The biggest thing I got out of it was how to win people to Christ based out of Luke 10:5,8,9.

1) Speak peace to them
2) Fellowship with them
3) Take care of their needs
4) Proclaim the "Good News"

A lot of times we do this backwards. Well worth a read to think differently about winning the world to Christ.
