A living testimony to Prayer,

In 1962, I heard Frank Laubach speak at a church in York,Pennsylvania, on "Prayer." He was a simple man, who told us to "focus on Christ, quiet your spirit, and let the living Christ change you." He spoke about "praying for your enemies" and "sending prayers like 'arrows' toward the people around you, your enemies, the person next to you on the bus." He was a humble example, like Christ, of living in an intimate relationship with God through prayer. I highly recommend the book, because I heard the book spoken in person by the author in a two hour lecture. Frank Laubach, the literacy expert, was a man of prayer.

Praise God! This book was an impact spiritually for those who have a fresh start in Christianity and learning more about our wonderful Lord. In this book, you have different examples of those who were changed by the power of prayer. I shall not list them, but Ill leave that for you to read. Even if this book is out of print, you can still get it. I definately recommend it, praise God on your walk with Him and keep praying, a prayer is stronger than you think!
