This is one of the best mystical, Native American arrangements I've listened to. One could choose to dance, meditate, relax or chant with this CD. It puts me in a state of prayer and gratitude...and it connects me to the natural, spiritual way of living, exemplified by Native American culture. For me, there is a special heart connection with the Holy Mother (Gaia)that resonates clearly throughout my body when I listen to this CD. I would recommend for those not sure of Native American music to listen to the Amazon samples. I was not disappointed, and I will buy another if I can find one of this quality.

This is a perfect album to put on MP3 player, find your space to meditate (I have a spot in my forest) and close your eyes and be one with the Spirit.
