I really enjoy this workout. I play a lot of high impact sports like hockey and racquetball, and Pilates really helps me avoid injuries. It has also really helped my golf game! This is so much better than a "yoga" workout. Denise's love for the Lord really makes this workout special. I hope she produces an advanced class for 2010.
