More About the Author

James W. Goll is the co-founder of Encounters Network - a ministry to the nations and the International Director of Prayer Storm. He is the author of over twenty five books including The Lost Art of Intercession, The Seer, Dream Language, The Coming Israel Awakening and many others. James (Jim) is a member of the Harvest International Ministries Apostolic Team, the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, and other national and international ministries. He has appeared on the 700 Club, TBN, 100 Huntley, DayStar, God TV and other radio and TV broadcasts. He and his wife late wife Michal Ann were married for 32 years before her graduation into heaven in September 2008. Together they parented four wonderful children: Justin, GraceAnn, Tyler and Rachel. James continues to write, travel the globe preaching and ministering and lives in the beautiful hills of Franklin, Tennessee.

James W. Goll takes the reader to a new level of prayer in his book "Prayer Storm." He introduces an extraordinary zenith of prayer, a battle winning world changing kind of prayer. He invites the reader to take part in an international Internet virtual house of prayer.

In Part I Goll sets the pace for the book by sharing his Vision for "Prayer Storm" and goes on to describe what it is. He shares insight from Greek and Hebrew regarding intercessory prayer and its importance. He shows how Jesus is our priestly model. I appreciated the fact that this word study was at a layman's level of understanding.

Part II highlights spirit empowered "prayer storm praying," fasting, crisis praying, and tapping into the power of high praise, Part III is filled with patterns for a prayer storm and includes samples of some beautiful and powerful prayers. These prayers with those at the end of each chapter can be used in praise, intercession, and in responding to God's call on your life as an intercessor and participant in storm praying.

Goll's writing reflects a balance of practical teaching and a fervent zeal, so important in light of the spiritual battle and the onslaught of satan that the Christian faces today.

The reader is given instructions for joining the Prayer Storm team by praying for revival in the church, for Israel and the descendents of Abraham, for the greatest youth awakening the church has ever seen, and for crisis intervention through intercession. Goll's message in "Prayer Storm" is powerful, convincing, and timely. This is book for anyone eager to become globally involved in a prayer ministry.

Books and Words, too many to count, have been written on prayer. The Bible is the source of power and praise, and our respone as intercessors. Dr. James Goll, a well-known spirit-driven author provides leadership to the anointed to pray, praise, listen and hear, and respond to our Father God His Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Dr. Goll further provides Spirit-driven "patterns for a prayer storm." Readers read this storm-driven prayer manual for guidance and we will all grow in our prayer life building prayer revival in our lives and His Church.

Great book about how God wants us to get back to praying for our family and also for the youth. Our prayers does change people and circumstances.
