I just heard Fern Nichols speak two months ago - how inspiring! Don't miss this beautiful gift book. Under each prayer request, she has the four steps of prayer: praise, confession, thanksgiving, and intercession. Check out the table of contents displayed on this amazon web page.

Great book. Has got me through some tough times. Gave me a better understanding of how God wants us to pray, in general and as mothers. Reminds me of God's plan and will for my life when I lose sight.

The description mentioned the size but I didn't realize just how small it was. Way too small and I can't find the larger sized of the book.

I have used this book for years. It is filled with scripture to use when praying for your children, grandchildren, children in your church, etc. This most recent copy was purchased for a friend.

First off, I ordered a used copy that I think was probably larger than the miniature size being sold on this page (although I'm not sure). I wouldn't want a tiny copy of this book, but I haven't actually seen the one being sold "new" on here so I'm not sure.

That all said, the copy I have is really, really practical. It looks section by section at areas of life that a mom might want to pray for her children, or that her children might approach her about in need. I learned some new verses (there are a wide variety of verses, including some that I see cited frequently in Christian writing AND others that I hadn't seen cited before).

The tone is loving and uplifting. I think moms at a whole variety of levels of experience in the faith would relate to it. The content is solid and gives great food for individual or group prayer. Make no mistake, this book is not fluffy and is sincerely written for women seeking to invest in a book that will seriously guide them in their prayer.

This is a great little book you can carry anywhere w/ prayer points for your kids. It's so small it fits in your coat pocket - it also has a preparation for your heart before you pray for the children. My kids are young adults and I use it. It's a keeper.

This book is a minature one, which I did not realize when I purchased it. I read it cover to cover and it was wonderful and just what I expected/needed! The size made it a bit challenging but now I can keep it in my purse and pass it along to another mom who could use the uplifting "Moms In Touch" and HOW TO PRAY FOR YOUR CHILD message.

The information in this book is very valuable! I highly recommend it!

I was disappointed when I first opened the package when I received this book. I have the "larger" version of this book and was not aware that the book came in a smaller version. Therefore I was disappointed as I had bought it as a gift. A person needs to be more careful what they are purchasing. I realize it was totally my fault from not looking closer as to what I was buying. The book itself it wonderful. The one I have just has more stories in it and it is very useful to have verses to pray over your children.
