Alberto Villoldo is right. Maria Yraceburu's book is a treasure. I rarely write these reviews, but this book deserves it. In a world where authentic traditional wisdom of the Native American people is hard to find among the New Age hype, I found this book to be refreshingly deep and full of Beauty that I can use in my day-to-day life.
Using the daily prayers in this book has literally changed my life. I wake up in a positive place of connectedness, and I feel my ancestors and guides supporting me all day long now!
I'm not surprised that Alberto, Brooke Medicine Eagle, and many others are recognizing Maria Yraceburu as an authentic teacher of the ancient wisdom way. I've heard that some traditionalists are upset at her for revealing these teachings to the general "white" public. We are All One, and we modern people are so hungry for this poetic spiritual wisdom. In order to heal the planet, we need to hear it and live it.

In this book, Maria Yraceburu shares her traditional knowledge regarding the prayers and meditations of her people as they relate to the medicine wheel, and thus our own lives. She shares this information in a way that is easy to understand and straight to the heart and spirit. I absolutely love this book and find that there is a great deal that resonates with me in every paragraph. It provides the tools for a hopeful, loving, and spiritual connection to life.
