I thought this book was very helpful and inspirational. It is so compact you can even take it to Church with you. Best of all, it is available on Kindle, so I ordered one as a gift and one for myself.

As always, Raymond Arroyo's captures the beauty of Mother Angelica's spiritual life. I found the book uplifting and I keep it close by so that I can open it to any page and be enriched by Mother's wisdom.
I highly recommend the book to Catholics and non-Catholics alike!

This wonderful book is a must read for anyone looking for comfort from our troubled times.

Although I have followed EWTN that Mother Angelica created for several years, I really did not "know" Mother. This little book is RICH in prayers she has developed for herself and her nuns, and now, we get to share in this grace for our own development in our Life with Jesus. I have been a big fan of Mother Angelica since 1992. This book is yet another example of why I admire her so much. Her trust and love of God in all things is so sincere and simple yet you can see in this book how she struggled at times just like the rest of us. A beautiful book full of prayers to be used for many trials and tribulations.

This book is perfect for anyone who wants to pray and meditate any time of day. There are devotions that can really calm. And before anyone says anything, yes I read Scripture daily. Mediation, brings you closer to God.

Highly recommended for all of those who, like myself, love EWTN & Mother Angelica. This is the fourth book in the wonderful series by Raymond Arroyo on Mother Angelica.

Raymond Arroyo has another wonderful book about Mother Angelica. In this case, he has collected "a repository of her favorite prayers" (p x).

It is hard not to imagine Mother saying these prayers as you read them. Some of the prayers are for times of trial or suffering. And every time I think of an enclosed nun trying to start a television station with only $200 and the Holy Spirit I certainly know she went through times of true suffering.

Mother Angelica couldn't walk for years until her miracle. Yet her faith sustained her. And she would have had need for "A Prayer for Strength" which starts out "Love is a sublime prison...Your Spirit within me forms an invisble wall that protects me" (p 27). Isn't that beautiful?

I was greatly moved by this collection of prayers.

I have come to admire this woman, and her prayers are so beautiful. I may have the same feelings but not the words for them as she. She is quite a prayer warrior and I am so glad to have purchased this book. I read it sometimes every day and sometimes not..you can just pick it up and find HOPE and REASSURANCE..

I really like the new book that has been put together by Raymond Arroyo. It includes all or many of Mother Angelica's prayers, meditations and just prayerful thoughts that really help me to pray better myself!!!!! Thank you, Ray... I don't want to give any of the books info away so I encourage anyone who has a hard time praying or just needs that extra boost of help and aid to just buy this book and start praying AGAIN!!!! ;-)
