Everything was good quality. Gave this as a Christmas gift. The software needed an update becasue itune is always having updates but it took about 2 minutes and everythings was good after that. You would have to download the update form the itunes website after you install the installation disk. For the buck I saved compared to the full price it was excellent. I would do it again.

I was pleased with the product. I was very pleased with the communication. My Nano was delayed for unknow reasons, however, I felt that i was well informed of when and where my product was.

I love my iPod nano, or should i say "loved!" I had an iPod nano, the first generation for many years. Recently it just stopped working. I dont know what happened but all of a sudden when i went to turn it on, a black screen with a gray apple apeared then it all shut off. I tried to charge it, i gave it a while, then i pluged it in again, nothing else happened. I didnt try to get it repaired because i wanted an iPod touch now anyway, and the cost to send it in, get it repaired and get it back cost over one-hundred dollars, and may get repaired or not. other than that fact the ipod is great, it has three games pre-loaded onto it, it has lots of room for songs (four GB) and also has exras such as timers and such. It really is a great product. Although some of the latest models of iPods that came out have much more to offer. If you are considering getting one used, make sure it is working proper and go for it. You wont regret it!

The ipod was delivered somehwere else who knows but I called the 800 number listed and they gave me a complete refund I want to say Thanks Rain.

The price was very reasonable and the direct shipping made it easy. Although it was previously owned, it came fully functional and you can't even tell that it was used.

I bought this ipod to use in my classroom. I wish I had gotten one with more memory because I have a lot of music and had to pick and choose what to load onto the device. Worked great until I plugged it into a cheap piece of junk docking station which completely fried the ipod. Hasn't worked since.

Delivery was timely and the product was as described. I will be buying a replacement battery, as the one sent with it was very weak. I am happy to buy a new battery. Afterall, I paid a very good price for this item and have no complaints, I purchased it used. I am very satisfied with this product and the seller.

The product came on tme but it didnt last long, after a couple weeks, its not working no more. Ashame that i invest and now i need tol get another one. I would buy from this seller again.
