This review is from: Pre-Raphaelite Drawings by Burne-Jones (Dover Art Library) (Paperback)
The book was cheaply priced which was a bonus but the prints of the drawings were not very good, they were dark. On the cover they took it upon themselves to lighten up the image but when you look at the image inside the book it is much darker.
Not that the book is an overall bust. The drawings of the faces at the end of the book are exquisite, fluid and really show the best of what Burne-Jones has to offer and the large format lets you enjoy the line work and delicate shading. Not bad but not awesome.
