Then obviously you don't know what your talking about. Why did she respond that way rather than say it was sold by a 3rd party seller or not by amazon. I don't appreciate your condescending attitude when obviously they didn't have their act together earlier in the day and have made a decision to go ahead and issue the refunds.
Loyalty doesn't factor into business. Their act should be together at the beginning and how many complained before they made this decision. Again you are condescending and if you feel they are wothy of your adulation then please continue, but please don't expect me to follow your sycophant example.
