Finished talking with Amazon. They've escalated the issue to their marketing department who handles these things. I suggest calling and making them aware of the issue.

I used the chat option to speak with an Amazon rep. I'm supposed to get a new code within 24-48 hours. All they ask is for confirmation of your code and what the error message says. Seems like a pretty easy fix.

Same problem. Received my copy of the game today and the code and PSN is stating that the code is invalid. I used the chat feature and they're going to forward my complaint to the Marketing and Promotions department and that they would email me within two business days.

I got a response to my request this morning. The rep sent me a message stating that my code was invalid and for them to assist me, I need to send them the valid code. *facepalm*

So I had to kindly write back that the reason I was complaining was that the code WASN'T working and if I had a working code, I wouldn't be contacting them.

I got my response quickly and they said 3 to 4 days. Same thing about forwarding it to the marketing and promotions department. That's the first time I ever had that happen with a code.

The PSN network is updated on Tuesday's. I hope we don't have to wait that long for Amazon to send the code and the PSN store to be updated :(

Code is not valid for me either. I sent them a message through email and received a reply saying they'd reply back once they knew more. Hopefully we get our code issues straightened out soon!

"Our Marketing and promotion team has updated us that they are working with Sony to fix this issue as soon as possible. It usually takes 2-3 business days for this sort of research, but in this case it's taking a little longer. I'm very sorry about this delay."

Ugh.. they haven't replied to me just yet, but I really hope they fix this before I get my 3 days off this week. Was really wanting to play this, but I'd hate getting half way through the game to find out I then have to restart the whole thing just to use my preorder bonus. :/

I'm in the same situation as the rest of you. My code did not work. I contacted Amazon by phone and they were redirecting my concern to their Promotions department, and then told me that they would get back to me in a few days. In the meantime, I'm stuck waiting and my pot is getting cold.
