Could low sperm concentration be hindering your ability to conceive? Find out in the privacy of your own home with the PreConceive Male Fertility Test. The PreConceive Fertility Test is an easy-to-use screening test to measure your sperm concentration. The test determines whether your sperm concentration is above or below 20 million sperm cells per milliliter. Two test results with sperm concentration less than 20 million/mL can alert you to possible male fertility issues. The FertilMARQ Home Test works by staining the cells in a sperm sample to produce a color. The intensity of this color is then compared to a color reference on the FertilMARQ test cassette. The color comparison will tell you whether the sperm concentration in the test sample is above or below 20 million/mL. You can provide these test results to your physician to aid in determining male fertility conditions.

I am 39 years old and was concerned about my count. I am aware that this test only tests for count and not for motility, but this test put my mind at ease at least about one thing. The test was easy to use and read, and two months after taking the test my wife is pregnant!

But the motility and morphology are just as important in determining male fertility. You're better off gettng a sperm analysis at your Drs office.
If you have a normal count and they are slow and/or misshapen and/or your semen is too thick.... you may have a problem. This test doesn't tell you any of that.

If you are looking for count, i guess this works. However, you are better off doing the exact same thing, but for a DR. So you can get full reads (movement, etc).
For instance, this said i have high count, but it took us a while to conceive. I am guessing motility was a factor (we used preseed lube, got preg next try).
