The Home Ranger shoulder pulley works very well. I'm using it as a supplement to physical therapy for my shoulder and find that it does the job. It's quiet, stays in place well over the door and is easy to put up and take down. My only slight complaint is that sometimes the rope will slip if you move the handle further up the rope to get a better stretch. Overall, I got what I expected and would recommend this product.

I rated this product with 5 stars because of the quality, and the speed of delivery. This is a good product to use if you have range of motion problems like I do. Because of severe arthritis in the neck and shoulder area I wasn't able to use my arms fully. Since I have been using the Shoulder pulley, I have noticed that I do have more range of movement.
I would most definitely recommend this product !!

Great product. Simple to use. Great price. I recently had partial shoulder replacement surgery. This pulley system has been an integral part of my physical therapy.

The `Home Ranger Shoulder Pulley' is made out of sturdy plastic, tough nylon and a steel metal bracket. I bought this for a torn shoulder tendon and bicep accident after a bad skiing fall. Its inexpensive and does just what you need. The booklet is simple and to the point on uses with all the information your `psychical therapist' would tell you.

There are twelve exercises to help you on the mend, ranging from sitting exercises, to supine exercises to standing exercises. This is a critical multi-task tool to regain agility and movement back into your injured area. There is also an exercise prescription form that you can fill out with notes for all exercises which is convenient as it impossible to remember everything your therapist has told you. PrePak Products, Inc. are extremely popular and have a variety of products.

A while back I fractured my shoulder and went to physical therapy for a month for rehab. The physical therapist had a pulley similar to this one that I used at each appointment. I bought this pulley to continue physical therapy at home. I now have an at-home exercise program that takes me about 40 minutes to complete. I believe that the exercise that is doing me the most good is the one with the pulley. It allows me to stretch my arm further than other exercises and it is much cheaper than going to physical therapy! The only reason I did not give the pulley 5 stars is I don't like the handles. They are uncomfortable. I took handles from another piece of exercise equipment and put them on my pulley.

This product works the same as those with multiple pulley wheels. Simpler is sometimes better - less chance of tangles and if you're a wheelchair user, you couldn't stand to untangle........

I am recovering from a broker shoulder which resulted in major surgery and the replacement of my shoulder with metal parts. As a part of my therapy, my occupational therapist suggested that I buy a pulley to use at home.

This one was very economical, and has served me well. I am making a pretty good recovery, and am sure that the pulley has enhanced my mobility. I saw more expensive ones in medical supply stores, but I can't imagine one that did a better job for me.Shoulder Pulleys - HOME RANGER 92 Shoulder Pulley

My husband needed something to help rehab his shoulder and the ortho. doctor suggested we buy a pulley system. We saw this one and the price was right. It has been wonderful, so many different exercises can be done with it! It comes with a book that has lots of different exercises that can be done depending on what level of PT you are needing. My husband is using it several times a day and has come farther than if he had gone to a physical therapist.

I was in such pain, had a locked shoulder, my Physical Therapist suggested to buy myself a shoulder pulley, after using it for three days my shoulder was so much better, i use it all the time now, even if i dont have shoulder pain. the Pulley is well made , top of the line, i suggest to anyone who has shoulder pain to buy this, thank you so much for the pain relief i received!!!!

I found this product was helpful in my recovery from my shoulder surgery. Easy to install, store and bring with if I go out of town. I also liked the booklet that came with the item shows different ways to use it.
