Not to bad a text book. Much cheaper (by almost 2/3) then what my school wanted to charge. The text was pretty good, although sometimes it could be confusing, but our instructors mostly went by notes, but the problems were great. It gave a great number or problems covering almost every way that the math methods could be used. The included disk was great for giving every more problems and tests, but not only gave you a second chance to get the rght answer; it would also do the problems step by step and you could stop and continue to answer the problem if the beginning steps cleared up the how to do them. The video instructional part I think needs more work, as some where very drawn out and others where kind of short.

book took a long time and it was the wrong book...it was the teachers edition and not the book for the student..and it had a giant sticker which is annoying too >:(

The book came on time and brandnew just as it was advertised. In plastic with CDs I would recommend this seller. =D

I have ordered several books online and so far have had good luck. The book came in good condition and I saved about &120.00 by getting it used. Shipping time arrived to the last day so that was the only thing I stressed on.

I received my book,but only the book. There was no CD & MathNow, Enhance iLrn, Math Tutorial, Student resource Center Printed Access Card as shown on the advertisement. I contacted the seller several times, and did not get a straight answer the first few times. Finally I received this e-mail on 1/4/09. "The description comments state that there is a CD included, or does not state there is "NO CD", that is one of the items we research when there are problems of this nature. We do our best to provide accurate and honest descriptions, as you noted by our feedback rating. However, from time to time, even though our processing and shipping is triple checked, unfortunately there can be errors. We do not have any more of that particular textbook in our stock at this time. You may return the book for a complete refund if you are not happy with your purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and will credit your account accordingly when the return is received and processed." Then they went on to say there would be a $5.00 restocking fee.

Fortunately, in checking with my instructor, I can get by with borrowing the CD. With the length of time it took to get a response and the lack of attention to my concerns and order, I don't believe I would order any further items from readmore25.

Bad communication with the seller. I got wrong item and she didn't wanna return my money.

Sent book back(unopened) and several messages ,haven't received my refund nor a response from the seller.
