Product Description
The ETTL Off-Camera Flash Extension Cord is an extremely useful accessory for Olympus digital SLR cameras, allowing an external flash to be used away from the camera. The flash can be located as far as 3 feet away from the camera and still perform all the automatic functions possible with flash photography.
Using an off-camera flash provides the photographer with the flexibility to direct light from a variety of angles, allowing simple but effective fill lighting for balancing outdoor shots or hiding shadows under harsh indoor lights. An off-camera flash is also an effective primary light source when less direct lighting is desired.

I purchased this for my Panasonic GH-1. It also works on my LX-3, and FZ-50, so I would assume it would work on any Panasonic G series as well.
Difficult to get real excited about an extension cord, but it seems to be of good quality, it works, it was very reasonably priced and it was delivered quickly.

Does exactly the same thing as the cord from Olympus, but at a much lower price. Recommend it to all except Olympus fanatics.

I bought the Precision RS-0448 Foot P-Ttl cord for $39.90 from Photoworld and it never worked. It is very poorly made. I lost my money because I am in Peru, in South America, and by the time I got it and tried it, the warranty had already expired. I'd recommend to spend a little more and buy a reliable one. I'm out of $40 and still where I started Precision Design E-TTL Off-Camera Flash Cord for Canon Digital SLR Cameras.
