After reading some of the negative reviews, I had a case of buyer's remorse. The bass guitar with accessories and speaker arrived today - lightening fast delivery - and there is no more buyer's remorse. The guitar and accessories are exactly as described, and better than anticipated since I had bought my husband a bass guitar last Christmas and paid twice as much for "almost" the same package. The speaker is smaller, but this is for my grandson, and, for his purposes, it is perfect!

Bought a Guitar/Amp.They were packaged VERY poorly & items arrived to me ALREADY damaged. This co. has NO phone #.I e-mailed-told company the items were not in working condition & I HAD to return them. They did not answer many e-mails.They WOULD NOT pay for return shipping even though I could NOT use the broken items.Told co. I would give poor feedback or call the Better Business Bureau if they did not pay return shipping & they still did not pay. Poor Company to work with--Stay away !!!!!

(We got the blue one... but I'm going to assume the same holds true for this one)


I hate returning things and rarely do unless there's no other option... but this thing was packed up and ready to go back ten minutes after my son opened it up.

A: The edges of each fret aren't flush with the neck and are (I kid you not) sharp enough to actually cut your hand, and

B: Four of the eight pickups were missing. As in just four empty holes. Really weird.

So, the only thing I can imagine is that this bass was a returned/refurb model that got cannibalized for parts, but of course that's neither here nor there. Back it goes and I won't be trying another from the same company again.
