The Precision Products GS2005 garden seeder makes planting the garden in the spring a snap. The seeder features two side-by-side hoppers, one for planting and the other for fertilizing, which lets you do both chores at once and cuts your work time in half. A concave wheel design smartly forms a small mound over the seed and cleats the ground for proper drainage, while a row marker makes it easy to make straight rows every time. The seeder holds up to five pounds, and comes with six sizes of seed plates, allowing you to plant a variety of thirty-one different types of seeds. It is made of 3/4-inch powder-coated steel and includes a hand pouch for holding the seed plates or a pair of gloves. It's covered with a limited 90-day warranty.--Jeffrey Dalto

The precision seeder works fairly well. Seeds become stuck often and you must really pay attention when this happens because the seeder will not be dropping seed. I give it a rating of only Fair.
