I received this item at the end of the season last year but I was was not able to use it until this past spring.
Our property is about 3 acres of a combination of hills, tight turns and flat open areas. After doing the math on renting a power unit, $50+/half day in our part of the world and knowing that a power unit would very cumbersome to run on our terrain, I took a chance on buying this unit to save a few bucks over the long run.
It took me very little time to assemble per the instructions. The only issue I had with the original design is that, please note the image above, per the instructions the wheel outriggers are to be installed angled out as shown in the image. I found this set up to be unstable and unusable. The outriggers would bend and almost collapse during turns. I removed the outriggers and reinstalled them "backwards" making them "inriggers" if you would. In the new position the wheels end up inline with the frame instead of sticking out as shown in the picture. The unit now functions perfectly and is able to roll freely without issue.
It came on time and well packaged.
