Editorial Reviews

From the Publisher

"I enjoyed reading Precision Woods and Long Iron Shots. It will add the missing link to teaching the fundamentals of the game."

Bobby Nichols Senior PGA Tour Player

"Precision Woods and Long Iron Shots is a very precise book that explains all aspects of every shot. It is well suited for the serious golfer."

Charlie Sorrell 1990 National PGA Teacher of the Year

Read to the end. Not terribly impressed BUT WAIT. The format is cut and paste repetitive. Shot title, Strategy-Technique-Concept-Drill. Next Title, repeat It is more or less a reference to refer to a specific shot that you want to ponder. Other than that it will sit on my shelve but does have a tempting title. I suppose the personality types that like to categorize, index, compartmentalize, list, etc might find it of some help clarifying the complexities of golf shot options. BUT WAIT. The value in this book is to endure the repetitive tiresomeness and emerge with the very beneficial realization that all golf shots have basically the same common format: Strategy-Technique-Concept-(Execution) So in the final analysis this book may rate 5 stars and not 2. That is a very valuable bit of knowledge to have when playing golf so I give a 3 stars but just barely.
