In Sept. we purchased a Precor Elliptical Cross trainer. The Global Fitness shipped the Precor with a trucking firm that did not deliver to this area. When it didn't arrive at the time specified I emailed and recieved a call back that the Precor was on a loading dock in Washington {we live in Oregon}. On line it showed the Precor still in California. It was next transferred to another trucking firm and after several more calls we learned we would have to borrow a truck to meet the truck 'delivering' the Precor, transfer to borrowed truck to get it to our house.
Global Fitness saw my review, called and told me they would refund shipping if I would delete my review. I was unwise enough to 'delete' the review. That was the last time we heard from them...and no refund. |
