It took a couple of weeks to arrive, but I love it! I use it about every other day. You can make it as easy or as difficult a workout as you wish. It is great to be able to go upstairs and workout and not have to drive to the gym. The assembly was not difficult, but the pieces are very heavy to carry to the second floor. The machine is easy to program, has a variety of levels, and it is a great overall workout!

Precor makes an excellent Elliptical Crosstrainer. My wife teaches 9-10 Bodypump and Spinning classes per week and is an expert in fitness training. I purchased this machine mainly for her. She is very pleased with this machine. The only drawback that I see is that there is no power switch on the console. It is at the back of the machine near the power plug. Moving the machine into the house is at least a two man job. I did assemble it myself with very little difficulty and in about two hours. There are a few spots where a second person would make it easier however.
I highly recommend this product.

Satisfied with the product. Not as easy to set as many people suggested. Took me 3 hours.
Shipping is horrible. The guy left it in garage and will not bring it into the house. Had to hire a moving company to get it into the house. ( My room where it needs to be installed is on the same level as my garage, but the delivery guy still would not bring it in. Said " it is too heavy for me as I am alone".

When my Precor EFX 5.33 Elliptical was delivered, I was disappointed that it was not 100% complete or fully functional. The heart rate monitor did not work (although I know my chest strap works because it works with other Precor Ellipticals at the gym). Also, the top cover/magazine rack for the front stand was missing from the box and had to be re-ordered from Precor. It is a solid, good quality machine, but at $4,500 I would have expected better quality control for a "Premium" Elliptical from Precor.
