Nothing great,

I saw this video with great expectations. Sorry to say that the bartlett duo of Des and Jean have disappointed once again. This looks like a sub-par documentary with no scene worth remembering of. I think National geographic videos are much more professional instead.
Looks like filming zoo lions instead of the wild ones. Barely digestable.

(From the back cover)
Lion... ever vigilant, symbol of power, the one predator by which all others are judged. From within that intense stare, deliberate gait and massive body, senses radiate outward, carefully surveying... anticipating... a view that every living creature is a potential victim. Uncover the secret struggles that define the life of a pride in Africa's Etosha basin. The vicious territorial conflicts, the horrifying prospect of rival takeovers and the hardships of the hunt, each providing a rare glimpse of strength, savagery and the brutal price of supremacy.
