We just had a little boy, he was 5 weeks early. We had a heck of a time finding anything small enough for him to use. He weighed a little under 4 pounds. This outfit fits him better than any of the other preemie clothes. It is a little smaller than the rest of the preemie clothes we bought. The hat is a little big though.
