I ordered a package before noon on Thursday, May 2, for OVERNIGHT shipping. I did not receive a shipping email right away so I called and was informed by your staff the package would be here today, May 4. I was pretty irritated that it was not overnight shipping at all. Now this morning I received the tracking email and it won't be delivered till May 6!! I have ordered dresses from Tiffany Rose which comes from the UK and the dress came on time and within 2 days with their rushed shipping! I am utterly disappointed with the inaccuracy of what you claim to be overnight shipping which is in no way that by definition. I have a baby shower to go to today and my husband birthday tonight and because of your company I do not have anything to wear and can not get anything in time. I also emailed about the tracking number and never was send anything in return to answer my questions. Your customer service is one of the worst I have dealt with in years and the blatant lies about shipping is no way to conduct business. Had I know it would take 4 days for overnight shipping I would NEVER had ordered from your company and I would have clothes I needed by today.

I don't know about you but many of the women in the show needed a crash course in reality, maybe that was the point behind the show or they were playing it up for a drama factor. Rosie Pope works hard for her clients and tries very hard to clear a way for the mama's to be to get their stuff together. Also Rosie Pope is super sweet with her kids and family. LT was a bit annoying but is great for comic relief.

Not sure I'd still be a client after hearing some of what she says about her clients. Wasn't that appealing or endearing as a host. Suppose that's why there's only the 1 season.
