My doctor told me pregnenolone can help with the production of testosterone and other hormones that decline with age. The prescription testosterone compound that I used to take was expensive but it did helped maintain my body strength.The pregnenolone seems to do the same job at a small fraction of the price and it boosted my libido a bunch.
