the CD that comes with this is great
This book is very helpful and the CD that comes with it is very nice.

poor construction, but comprehensive
This was the required text and as all textbooks are these days its a bit wordy for me. Seems like I could have condensed the material into half the number of pages. Several pages fell out in the 4th week of toting it around, but I am not very gentle either.

Great Book. Was very useful regarding the PHEC level training in New Zealand. DVD was excellent to work through when I could not be bothered reading. Full of excellent tables, diagrams, charts etc for ease of study. Overall an excellent book for those looking to start their EMS/PHEC career.

I paid for the text book and they sent me the workbook. Now I have to hassel and get out of my way to find a buyer or go to the post office to send the book back. *Be sure to verify they send you the correct book.*
