This is a most readable, in-depth and scholarly examination of prejudice and racism. The author discusses the different definitions of prejudice and racism and how people come to understand their meaning as well as learn the behaviors associated with these beliefs and attitudes. A helpful guide through very difficult concepts and perplexing behavior with clear research and everyday real life examples. This book clarifys the distinctions between prejudice, racism, and discrimination.
