This review is from: Preludes: four tales of the fantastic (Kindle Edition)
I enjoyed the first story the most. The dragon was great and had the thought processes that I would imagine an almost immortal being would have.
I expected more out of the Spielburg story, I think, so it was a little disappointing. Interlude in Lombardy was terrific. Coyote seemed a bit trite with its 'moral'. Well written, but rather boring and predictable. Overall: Very well written work and edited for publication. Worth the money just for the first and third stories. :-) |
