It looks very nice installed and is easy to clean.

When one of these broke, it was the hot water handle, which sliced my husband's finger open on the jagged ceramic edge, requiring four stitches.

I ordered this set because I was remodeling my bathroom. For the price and the finish, I felt it was perfect. When I received it, I was so excited but soon realized that it dod not fit my Price Pfister fittings. I called the company the next day and tried to see if there was anyway to adapt the fixtures to my fittings without tearing out my wall and replacing it with the fittings that were sent with the set. There wasn't. I spoke with Mark and returned the set for a full refund. I wanted to write this review because the product is well worth the money. It comes with two other sets of decorative repalcements for the handles (a crystal set and a porcelain set). Mark was very helpful, nice and professional. I would order form H.I.S. again, I would just call before ordering to inquire if their fixture matched before ordering.

I would have given this item 5 stars but the hot and cold handles point outward when the water is turned off, not down as shown in the picture. I tried taking the handles and valves apart to find a way to make them point downward when the water is off but there is no way to do so. Other than that the faucet looks great, was easy to install and appears to be of good quality. It's a major improvement over the almost 40 year old leak prone shower/tub valve that it replaced. The best part is it was a direct replacement that required no retiling or other alteration to the tile around our tub. I will warn you, in order to be able to install this item without altering your tile, you must have a way to access the plumbing in the wall. In our case we opened up a hole in a closet that backed up to the plumbing wall for the bathroom.

We received the order more quickly than we expected. The fixtures look nice and are of good quality. Our plumber says they are as good as some of the better known brands. We would use this vendor again.

This is an attractive faucet set, which goes very well with our other brushed nickel bathroom fixtures. It was as advertised; and it arrived when promised. We are very pleased with this set; and we would order it again.

One minor point keeps this rating from being a five. The faucet stems for this set, like so many others, are partly plastic. That makes them have a little play in their movement. Don't like that; but my plumber says "Get used to it!"

Good set; good value!

the first time I ordered it, the package did not come in an original packaging. No manual. Sure enough one of the bolt/nut was leaky. I bet it was a returned item that they decided to repackage and send it on our way.

2nd time around, we re-ordered it and this time it came in the original packaging, even included a manual. It worked as it should.

Come on amazon - don't waste people's time. Very disappointed that this happened - not just the frustration and additional things we had to buy to fix the leaky faucet but also time spent on figuring out until we realized it was a defective nut/bolt. Time spent on going to hardware store multiple times to get the stupid thing to stop leaking. Time spent chatting with customer service, getting a return label, sending it back, and reordering it again.

The product is nice. Knowing how expensive it can be, this was great price.

We are generally happy with this faucet. It looks very nice installed and is easy to clean. I give 4 stars for two reasons (which are more personal preference issues): 1) The two water control handles seem a bit loose or jiggly and won't tighten any more. I'd like it if they attached more firmly (not sure if this is a design issue or a flaw in our particular item). 2) I don't like how the water flows out of the bath spout when the water is on high (again, this is totally personal preference, but is a result of the spout design). Overall, this is the best 3 handle faucet I could find as far as aesthetics and price. I do recommend it!

I'm slowly updating my 30 year old bathroom. I purchased this because I have a three handle set currently and I thought I could just unscrew the old fixtures and screw in the new, just like I did with the tub drain. However, it seems that the handle connections are not standardized. There is no way to connect the water controls to my current setup without ripping out the wall and replacing the plumbing in the back. I was not expecting this. However, the hardware is so nice I am keeping it. I plan on re-tiling the surround in the next couple of years, so I will hang onto this set until then. I have nothing but great things to say about the hardware, but just be aware of what is involved in installing it.

Update 3/24/12: I have finished remodeling the bathroom and all the fixtures are installed. I'm even more impressed with the quality and design now. I removed the silly colored plastic pieces from the handles and it looks much better. While installing the plumbing that goes behind the wall, I noticed that they all have compression fittings on the pieces that need to be soldered. This means you can take the pieces that need soldering to a more safe and comfortable location, then return and screw it all together.

I had only one issue with installation. Even though I wrapped the faucet and shower arm with a doubled dishtowel before using vice grips to tighten them, I still marred both. It's my fault, but I wanted to warn you to be extra careful when clamping onto these. If I had to do it again, I would have taped the pliers jaws or bought a strap wrench.

The handles do have a small amount of play in them, but it doesn't affect functionality. It just looks a little weird if they are closed and one is sitting at a different angle than the other one.
