the flexible hose just hung there and would not adjust to any heights.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SHOWERHEAD. IT STARTED LEAKING WATER AROUND THE FACE OF THE SETTING DIAL & IT WAS SUPPOSE TO MASSAGE PULSE FOR ONE OF THE SIX SETTINGS, THAT WAS A LAUGH.
